1. Terms & Conditions
Products and Availability All products displayed on medajafilati.com are stock items, available in limited quantities. Each order is processed on a first-come, first-served basis and subject to stock confirmation. MEDAJA FILATI reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or update products and prices at any time without prior notice. Due to the nature of yarns and textile products, slight variations in color, texture, or appearance between different dye lots are normal and do not constitute defects.
Orders and Payments Orders are accepted exclusively through the channels indicated on medajafilati.com. Once confirmed, an order is considered final and binding. Payments must be made in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing. All prices are expressed in euros (€) and are inclusive of VAT. There are no additional taxes or duties for customers within the European Union. For orders shipped outside the EU (arranged upon direct request), any customs duties, import taxes, or local charges applicable in the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer. The company reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in case of payment irregularities, stock unavailability, or suspected misuse.
Shipping and Delivery Deliveries are handled through selected courier services. MEDAJA FILATI will make every effort to ensure timely delivery but cannot be held responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or unforeseen events. For private consumers, the risk of loss or damage to the goods remains with MEDAJA FILATI until the goods are physically received by the customer, in accordance with Article 63 of Legislative Decree 206/2005. For B2B customers, the risk passes upon delivery to the carrier.
Returns and Refunds Private consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, in accordance with Articles 52–58 of Legislative Decree 206/2005, except where the order qualifies as a custom or personalised order. Professional Buyers (B2B) Individuals or entities purchasing under a VAT number or within the scope of their professional activity do not fall within the definition of "consumer" under Article 3 of Legislative Decree 206/2005 and are not entitled to the consumer right of withdrawal. Please note that the mere act of placing an order does not constitute a waiver of consumer rights for private individuals.
Limitation of Liability MEDAJA FILATI cannot guarantee that all details, images, or specifications are completely free from error. In no event shall the company be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the products or website.
Intellectual Property All content on medajafilati.com is the property of MEDAJA FILATI and is protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws. Reproduction or use of any material without written consent is strictly prohibited.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction These Terms and Conditions are governed by Italian law. For private consumers, any dispute shall fall under the jurisdiction of the court of the consumer's place of residence, as required by Article 66-bis of Legislative Decree 206/2005. For B2B transactions, disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Prato, Italy.
2. Returns & Refunds Policy
General Conditions Products sold by MEDAJA FILATI are carefully selected and prepared upon customer request. Orders are divided into standard stock orders (products available in the warehouse, sold in pre-set quantities and formats) and custom orders (products cut to measure, selected in specific quantities upon customer request, or prepared in a way that cannot be reproduced for other buyers).
Right of Withdrawal — Private Consumers Pursuant to Articles 52–58 of Legislative Decree 206/2005, a consumer customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing any reason. To exercise this right, written notice must be sent to medajafilati@gmail.com. The product must be returned unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. The refund will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods, using the same payment method used for the purchase.
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal Pursuant to Article 59, letter c) of Legislative Decree 206/2005, the right of withdrawal does not apply to custom orders, including yarns cut to a specific length upon customer request, non-standard quantities taken from lots (e.g. exact metrage, partial cones), and manual selections from specific batches that cannot otherwise be resold to other buyers. In these cases the order is final and non-cancellable.
VAT-Registered Buyers Buyers purchasing under a VAT number do not fall within the definition of "consumer" under Article 3 of Legislative Decree 206/2005 and do not benefit from the right of withdrawal.
Defective or Non-Conforming Products Any claim must be reported within 5 business days of receipt, with a detailed description and photographic evidence sent to medajafilati@gmail.com. Following verification, MEDAJA FILATI may replace the product or issue a full or partial refund. Minor color differences between dye lots or due to digital display settings are not considered defects.
3. Shipping Policy
Shipping Areas MEDAJA FILATI ships within the European Union through medajafilati.com. For customers outside the EU, orders can be arranged by contacting us directly at medajafilati@gmail.com.
Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation and full payment, subject to stock availability.
Delivery Times Estimated delivery times within the EU are 3–7 business days from the shipment date.
Shipping Costs Free shipping is applied to all orders over €30.00 within the EU. For orders below this threshold, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and volume. There are no customs duties or additional taxes for deliveries within the EU. For orders outside the EU, any customs duties or import taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Risk and Liability For private consumers, the risk of loss or damage remains with MEDAJA FILATI until the goods are physically received by the customer, in accordance with Article 63 of Legislative Decree 206/2005. For B2B customers, the risk passes upon delivery to the carrier. Customers are advised to check the package upon delivery and report any visible damage immediately to the courier and to medajafilati@gmail.com.
Order Tracking After shipment, the customer will receive a tracking number via email.
