2. Products and Availability
All products displayed on this website are stock items, available in limited quantities. Each order is processed on a first-come, first-served basis and subject to stock confirmation. MEDAJA FILATI - GJEKA ALESSIA reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or update products and prices at any time without prior notice.
Due to the nature of yarns and textile products, slight variations in color, texture, or appearance between different dye lots are normal and do not constitute defects.
3. Orders and Payments
Orders are accepted exclusively through the channels indicated on medajafilati.com. Once confirmed, an order is considered final and binding.
Payments must be made in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing. All prices are expressed in euros (€) and are inclusive of VAT, in accordance with Italian law. For deliveries outside the European Union, additional customs duties, import taxes, or local charges may apply depending on the destination country. These costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.
The company reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in case of payment irregularities, stock unavailability, or suspected misuse.
4. Shipping and Delivery
Deliveries are handled through selected courier services. Shipping times vary depending on the destination and product availability.
MEDAJA FILATI - GJEKA ALESSIA will make every effort to ensure timely delivery but cannot be held responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers, customs, or unforeseen events.
For private consumers, the risk of loss or damage to the goods remains with MEDAJA FILATI - GJEKA ALESSIA until the goods are physically received by the customer or a third party designated by the customer, in accordance with Article 63 of Legislative Decree 206/2005. For B2B customers, the risk passes upon delivery of the goods to the carrier.
5. Returns and Refunds
Private consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, in accordance with Articles 52–58 of Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Italian Consumer Code), except where the order qualifies as a custom or personalised order as defined in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

6. Professional Buyers (B2B)
Individuals or entities purchasing under a VAT number or within the scope of their professional or commercial activity do not fall within the definition of "consumer" under Article 3 of Legislative Decree 206/2005, and accordingly are not entitled to the consumer right of withdrawal. Transactions with such parties are governed by the contractual terms agreed upon and by the Italian Civil Code.
Please note that the mere act of placing an order does not in itself constitute a waiver of consumer rights for private individuals.
7. Limitation of Liability
While every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of information and product descriptions, MEDAJA FILATI - GJEKA ALESSIA cannot guarantee that all details, images, or specifications are completely free from error.
In no event shall the company be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the products or website.

For private consumers, any dispute shall fall under the jurisdiction of the court of the consumer's place of residence or domicile, as required by Article 66-bis of Legislative Decree 206/2005.
For B2B transactions between businesses or VAT-registered entities, any dispute shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Prato, Italy.
