SHIPPING POLICY — MEDAJA FILATI - GJEKA ALESSIA

1. Shipping Areas

MEDAJA FILATI - GJEKA ALESSIA ships products within the European Union through its website medajafilati.com. For customers outside the EU, orders can be arranged by contacting us directly at medajafilati@gmail.com. Shipping costs and delivery times for international orders will be communicated upon request.


2. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation and full payment. Orders are subject to stock availability; in case of limited stock, the customer will be notified immediately.


3. Shipping Methods and Carriers

Shipments are handled through trusted courier services. The choice of carrier may vary depending on the destination country, package size, and order type. MEDAJA FILATI - GJEKA ALESSIA is not responsible for delays caused by the courier or unforeseen circumstances beyond its control.


4. Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimated and begin from the shipment date, not the order date. Typical delivery times within the EU are 3–7 business days, depending on the destination and courier.


5. Shipping Costs

Free shipping is applied to all orders over €30.00 delivered within the European Union. For orders below this threshold, shipping costs are calculated at checkout and may vary based on destination country, order weight and volume, and courier service selected.

There are no customs duties or additional taxes for deliveries within the EU, as goods circulate freely within the single market. For orders shipped outside the EU (arranged upon direct request), any customs duties, import taxes, or local charges applicable in the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer.


6. Risk and Liability

For private consumers, the risk of loss or damage to the goods remains with MEDAJA FILATI - GJEKA ALESSIA until the goods are physically received by the customer or a third party designated by the customer, in accordance with Article 63 of Legislative Decree 206/2005.

For B2B customers, the risk passes upon delivery of the goods to the carrier.

In all cases, customers are advised to check the package at the time of delivery and report any visible damage immediately to both the courier and MEDAJA FILATI - GJEKA ALESSIA.
